Collina Torinese Bonarda

Definition
Collina Torinese Bonarda has an alcohol content of 10.5°, acidity of 5 per mil, not very intense ruby red color, intense winey scent, dry and characteristic taste. Collina Torinese Bonarda is prepared with Bonarda vine for at least the 85%; other red vines can be used, not aromatic, recommended and/or authorized in the Province of Turin, for no more than the 15%. Collina Torinese Bonarda is a table wine. The strong vine it is obtained from is resistant to diseases and is characterized by a fairly constant production. The wine qualities are of particular interest: from Bonarda grapes it is possible to obtain wines with an intense and stable color and a good structure and harmony. Thanks to an adequate and not excessive fix acidity level, they are ideal if aged for not too long a period.
