Alpino Chocolate
Definition
Alpino is a chocolate with a filling of liquor cream, wrapped up in a silver-color aluminum foil.
The liquor is obtained from a mixture of aromas, but the recipe is kept secret. If preserved at a temperature of no more than 20°C and a maximum relative humidity of 50%, the product maintains its characteristic fragrance for about 60 days.

- Legislative Protection: Alpino chocolate is classified among the "Traditional Agri-foodstuffs of Regione Piemonte", according to art. 8 of the Legislative Decree 30th April 1998, n. 173 and the Annex to the Decisions of the Regional Council 15th April 2002 n. 46-5823.
